Traditional Thai Umbrella Tutorial (For Kids!)

Beautiful, hand-painted umbrellas are a traditional Thai handicraft of Northern Thailand. 

And you can make a small, hand-painted umbrella yourself!

All you need to do is get our our free umbrella template here:

And print it out on slightly thick paper (we recommend 150 gram paper). Thai umbrellas come in all sorts of beautiful colors, so you can use whatever color you would like!

You will also need:

Scissors

Glue

One wooden skewer

14 toothpicks

One 3mm bead
